MILA STUDIO TARTU is located in the old town, few steps away from the Main Square, sightseeings and cafes.
Your seminar will be completely private - the whole studio will be booked for the event. You can use the studio area of 80m2, whick consists of three rooms plus the foyer, biggest seminarroom is 35m2. Ideal for organizing group works. The studio has everything to hold a seminar.
Seminar guests will arrive to the golden foyer, on the left hand is the lavatory and wardrobe. Guests will continue to the central bar room; from which straight ahead is the main seminarroom (35m2) with big screen and projector; and on the left smaller meeting room (16m2).
Atmosphere is special and very different from usual seminar rooms - Mila Studio is beautiful, cozy and intimate. Studio is located in a historical building - features wooden floors and interior, high ceilings, beautiful lightning solutions.
On every event at the studio the candles are burning, cozy lights are turned on and guests can feel comfy on our soft couches and chairs. The studio also has high standtables. When necessary, classical seminar chairs with leather covers are for use aswell.
Mila bar with barista is open on Your event - we offer a wide selection of drinks including modern seasonal coffee drinks (fe Matcha latte & Pumpkin Spice latte), quality tea selection from Dammann, Monin sirup selection. Wine shelves are filled with wines. Check out our bar menu here!
Water is served out for our guests for free! You have the possibilty to order our Mila coffee break special offer: coffee in thermos, tea selection from Dammann, milk&soy milk, Monin sirup selection - the price is fixed per guest and the usage is limitless for the full seminar day!
Mila Kitchen offers a wide selection of healthy savoury and sweet snacks to enjoy during the coffee break. The selection for Your seminar day will be composed thoughtfully, so Your brain gets the best food for working - for example our Mila's banana bread is refined sugar free and Mila's seasonal fruit plates includes nuts. We are located in the centre of the town, few steps away form many great cafés and restaurants - possible to spend a business lunch with a tasty lunch offer and beautiful atmosphere.
Air temperature can be adjusted with the air conditioner, rooms are heated with floor heating and the studio has ventilation in compliance to the quality standards of a eatery.
